At the request of the investor Tridana d.o.o. we prepared a project for the construction pit of a commercial-residential multi story building Situla and a relocation of the municipal’s installations. The entire surface, intended for construction, covers the dimensions of 181 x 48 m. The following building facilities are predicted: A9 with 26 floors and B9 with 13-floors, which include four basement floors in the both buildings.
The construction pit was secured with jet grouting piles Ø1, 0 m and 12.0 m length, except on the site with the existing municipal installation, where the pile length is 6.0 m.
The overall depth of the excavations is approximately 19.4 m. The retaining wall was anchored at -2.0 m and 7.0 m.
The excavation of the tunnel to meet the needs of urban infrastructure will take place with mechanical lifting, and will be fully implemented from the construction pit PSK Vilharjeva. The tunnel will be carried out only with primary lining and the size of the tunnel is sufficient for the mounting and installation of pipes with a diameter of 2400 mm.
